Overview

After witnessing customers teeter on the edge of existential despair while filling out valued-inventory forms, the team at Terra Relocations had an epiphany: maybe, just maybe, the problem wasn’t the customers—it was the process.

Previously, users were expected to manually complete a form, which they almost always did incorrectly. This led to frustration, delays, and an alarming number of support tickets filled with barely concealed rage. Clearly, something had to change.

To fix this, we developed a web application that guides customers through each step with clear instructions, helpful examples, and even pre-filled fields to reduce human error. To take things further, we allegedly integrated a highly experimental system that (hypothetically) uses background audio cues to detect sighs of frustration, screams of despair, or, in extreme cases, the sound of a laptop being closed with excessive force.

The result? A process so smooth that customers actually complete their forms correctly—ensuring their prized possessions are properly insured and making Terra Relocations' support team wonder if they’ve been inadvertently replaced by AI.
